Returns
Please check your goods on receipt. If any goods are faulty, please advise the warehouse immediately. These can then be returned within 15 days for full refund including the return freight. Please note low value items broken in transit should be photographed and emailed to warehouse@tilt.co.nz. They will notify you if you need to return the goods or dispose of them. A credit will still be issued.
If you or your customer changes their mind, goods can still be returned within 30 days if in original condition (including packaging); however a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the credit. This is to cover the cost of the picking, packing and dispatch of the order and for it to then be unpacked, checked and put back into stock. Return freight will not be credited on change of mind or incorrect ordering.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the invoice number that it relates to.
Prior to shipping, your order can be cancelled at no cost to you.
Minimum Order Value
Our minimum order value is $20.00 + GST. Freight will be added to the cost of each order depending on the size or weight of the order.
